Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the resort. The rooms were spacious, cleaned well, and having a high bathtub was unexpectedly convenient for us with a late flight and an 18-year-old daughter. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our experience truly enjoyable. The location was clean, with plenty of seating areas by the pools and an exceptional beach. The dining experience was superb with a wide variety of delicious options. However, the Wi-Fi was either slow or non-existent, and the staff seemed hesitant to offer recommendations outside the resort.
The hotel offers gorgeously elegant rooms that are well lit, but narrow and uncomfortable on the 4th floor. The service, especially from Petra the waitress, is super friendly and professional. Its beautiful location near the beach and Paphos sites is excellent. Dining at the Elysium is very nice with a great buffet. The facilities are well-kept and include amazing pools. Although the price may not match the room quality, the overall experience is pleasant.
The hotel is located on the top floor, providing spotless rooms with all the facilities you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The rooms had an interconnecting door, previously occupied by smokers, and had 2 beds pushed together. The service is excellent with forward-thinking and friendly staff; however, the breakfast buffet might not cater to everyone's preferences. The location offers a quiet swimming pool and lifts for easy access, perfect for those with mobility needs. The dining options are fantastic with varied choices daily.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were a pleasant experience with a fantastic bed and soft, clean sheets, although the air conditioning was a bit tricky to adjust. The staff, from the porters to the dining room and poolside, were always friendly and attentive. However, room selection might be challenging when booking online.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were worth every penny, spacious, and had a fabulous private terrace and plunge pool. They were quiet and roomy, ideal even for 3 people. However, the only downside was that the room didn't get cold enough for my liking.
The hotel offers superb rooms with very comfortable beds and provides everything one would need from a hotel, although they lack luxury/modern feel for the price paid. The service was empathetic and attentive, though there were some issues with timely drink orders. The location is excellent, very close to town with great onsite facilities, but could have been maintained better in some areas. The dining experience is top-notch, with a warm welcome and personal touches. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The rooms have recently been refurbished, now light and airy, perfect for watching both sunrise and sunset. The service, led by Katie, Stella, and Tibor, was incredibly attentive and prompt, except for a minor issue with the locker key. The location is wonderful, close to a main street with various dining options, though it can get a bit noisy due to passerby traffic. The dining experience was exceptional with a wide variety of themed evenings and quality food offerings. Facilities were top-notch with a lovely private pier for swimming and sunbathing.
The hotel is situated perfectly with great space both at the pool and near the serene sea. The rooms are beautifully fresh and offer comfort with luxurious Molton Brown toiletries; however, they are a bit on the small side for the price. The staff is always cheerful and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. The dining options are varied but might feel rushed at times in the buffet style. The location is ideal, close to a bustling street and well-maintained attractions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay.
I felt like I was in a family unit with an amazing view over the pool area and beyond to the sea. The hotel offers a unique experience with huge beds and useful furniture, plus a balcony for sea views amidst gardens surrounded by palm trees.
The hotel offers big and comfortable rooms which are starting to show signs of needing updates but remain really comfortable and clean. The housekeeping service deserves commendation. I was put off by the restriction on weddings after 11 pm due to noise for other guests, which led us to choose a different venue for our wedding.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room we stayed in, which was supposed to be a double but turned out to be a twin, was dark with limited natural light and quite noisy due to its location next to a lift shaft. However, the quality of the room was high, and we even considered booking our wedding there until we learned about noise restrictions. The service from all staff members, whether at the bar, restaurant, or reception, was flawless and delightful. Despite some maintenance issues in the location, the setting was beautiful for photos. Overall, the dining experience was sensational with a great selection but somewhat lacking in fish dishes.
The hotel is a gem with spacious rooms offering excellent amenities and breathtaking sea views from above the terrace bar. The service is top-notch, making us feel truly special throughout our stay. The location is fabulous, near must-visit attractions, yet the private ambiance was slightly lacking. Dining was a delight with an exceptional breakfast spread, though dinner options were limited. Overall, a fantastic stay with some minor areas for improvement.
